6 thinly pounded veal chops on the bone
Egg wash mixed with tbl mustard
Panko crumbs mixed with teaspoon each paprika garlic powder
A little salt and pepper
Dredge veal chop lightly in flour, then egg, then panko mixture.
Fry each chop in shallow pan for about 2 min on each side till browned.
Keep warm in oven at 350º.

Juice of 3 lemons
1 garlic clove crushed
